CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
To change your delivery address please get in touch with us via live chat (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm UK Time) or via our contact page as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
What happens if I am unable to be at the delivery address to collect my package?
Most of our shipping options do not require a signature - they are small enough to fit through a letter box.
If your package does require a signature there is no one to sign for it, the delivery will be attempted again and then returned to us. We will issue a full refund when we receive the return.
Sometimes, our couriers will leave your package in a safe place - you may be able to define this on the courier’s website.
CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Our returns process currently remains unchanged and we are processing returns within 48 hours of receiving them at our warehouse.
Due to pressures on the postal service at the moment, returns may take longer to reach us.
